It’s really cute how @GetSpectrum consistently cuts out on me when I pay them an arm & a leg. Won’t do anything about it or discount my bill for not having service half the month. WORST CABLE/INTERNET IVE EVER HAD.

@GetSpectrum has to be the worst company I’ve ever encountered. It’s taking a week to get some decent truthful service about our internet box for our company. Money is wasted and calling them is nearly pointless.
