This year, 17 college students will work alongside our employees on organizationally meaningful projects and initiatives, and will directly contribute to our mission and culture as they explore the many professional opportunities available to them in health care and related fields. Martin’s Point Spring Day of Service was held in April 2024. More than 230 employees utilized over 600 hours of the “Volunteer Time Off” benefit to work supporting 23 community-based organizations.We look forward to continuing this trend as employees generously give their time and skills to supporting community-based organizations that serve those most in need.
