Who owns SoNapa Grille? ›

Founder/creator of SoNapa Grille Adam Barringer draws inspiration from his own personal fondness for California, which is what inspired the first SoNapa Grille to open in New Smyrna Beach in 2006.

Carve American Grille will open at Lantana Place (7415 Southwest Parkway, Building 1) on December 17. The restaurant from restaurateur Chris Perry will serve happy hour and dinner (with lunch and brunch starting in the new year), featuring dishes served from a live fire grill.

When owner John Trapani opened Grille 3501, he brought with him over a decade of experience in the food industry that included the former Trapper's Pub on the Southside of Allentown.

Bill Foussard purchased the White Bear Country Inn (previously known as Spinnakers Restaurant) in 2000. He gutted and remodeled the restaurant space to reflect the rich 130-year history of White Bear Lake, creating a space that would welcome young and old. Rudy's opened in 2003, and the rooftop patio was added in 2011.

By 1986, Chris Perry persuaded his father Bob to add dining tables, paving the way for an expansion, which quickly gained popularity among loyal customers. Chris was then inspired to continue the family's legacy, and went on to create Perry's Steakhouse & Grille^® in 1993.

Baumhower is also the owner and CEO of Aloha Hospitality, which owns and operates restaurants throughout Alabama including the fine dining establishment Dauphin's in Mobile as well as his namesake Baumhower's Victory Grille.

Thyme opened at the newly constructed Commodore, which also features apartment residences and retail space, in December. The restaurant is the latest venture of the Trapani family, also owners of Allentown's Grille 3501 and Bethlehem's ZEST Bar & Grille. There's a smart, urban vibe here.
